US Customers - Increased Shipping Charges

The US Government has recently introduced new security processing requirements ( November 2010) for originating countries when sending mail packages into the Unitied States and its territories. This includes the US mainland and ALL external territories.

These procedures are so complex and time consuming, that many countries have no alternative but to impose serious surcharges on items being sent to the US.

Australia Post have therefore added a AU$9.00 surcharge to all packages sent to the US that weigh 1 Pound or more. In addition, all shipments will suffer a 48 hour processing delay.

We cannot absorb this surcharge, so as a result, shipping to the US just went from being the cheapest in the world to the most expensive, in one simple movement.
